Melanee Hill Sink
Firm Administrator
As our Firm Administrator, Melanee brings over 20 years of invaluable experience managing all aspects of business operations. Melanee has managed all levels of customer service, accounting, staffing and Human Resources. She is deeply skilled in optimizing developing workflows as well as policies and procedures to maximize efficiency.
Melanee’s expertise in office management, accounting, HR, staffing, and business consulting makes her perfectly suited to streamline operations as our Firm Administrator.

Erica Slaughter
Legal Assistant
Erica graduated from North Carolina A&T State University with a degree in Psychology. Erica has dedicated most of her career to administration. She lives in Greensboro, North Carolina with her husband. In her spare time, Erica enjoys doing arts and crafts, watching HGTV, and spending time with her family and fur babies
Kalee Richardson
Legal intern
Kalee graduated from Wingate University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology as well as Pre-Law.
In addition, Kalee is a Certified Guardian Ad Litem and works as a Court Appointed Special Advocate directly with the Department of Social Services.
Kalee is currently a 3rd year law student focusing on Family and Criminal Law and is set to graduate in May 2025. Upon graduation she plans to take the North Carolina Bar and join us here at SLG as our newest Attorney.
We are fortunate to have Kalee as our legal intern and upon graduation from law school, she plans to join us full time
