Paralegal

Courtney graduated from Davidson County Community College with an Associates Degree in Paralegal Technology and is devoted to family law. She lives in Kernersville, North Carolina, with the sweetest, cuddliest Great Pyrenees ever, Max. Courtney enjoys soaking up the sunshine, painting, fishing at the beach, and movie night snuggles with Max.

Emily Raynor

Paralegal

Emily graduated from Surry Community College with an Associates Degree in Criminal Justice Technology. She lives in Winston Salem, North Carolina, with her amazing poodle puppy, Scout. In Emily’s spare time, she enjoys attending local music events, spending time with friends and family, and being the best dog mom ever.

Shannon Scott

Firm Administrator

Shannon is an experienced firm administrator and savvy entrepreneur. She lives in Rural Hall, North Carolina with her husband and two children. Shannon spends a great deal of time with her family and helping others. When she is not busy working, she enjoys boating, bike riding, visiting Chincoteague Island Virginia, and Tuesday night tacos with her family.

Stephanie Garris

Legal Assistant

Stephanie is an experienced legal assistant. She lives in Lexington, North Carolina, with her husband and two children. She studied Early Childhood Education at Davidson County Community College. Stephanie is also a skilled organizer and perfectionist. Stephanie devotes most of her time to her family and animals. When she is not busy working, she enjoys fishing, crafting, gardening, beach vacations, and family gatherings.

 

Leigh Ann Proctor

Director of Marketing

Leigh Ann graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from High Point University. She studied Psychology, Criminal Justice and Journalism. She lives in Kernersville, North Carolina, with her two sons and her furbabies, Rocco & Shem. Leigh Ann loves gardening, cooking and fitness. In her spare time, she is a life coach and faith counselor.

William Turner

Legal Assistant

William graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree from Greensboro College. He studied History and Political Science while minoring in Legal Writing. He lives in Kernersville, North Carolina. Prior to attending College, William joined the United States Marine Corps where he served our country for eight years. Commendations received are the Purple Heart, the Navy and Marine Corps Achievement Medal with Combat V for valor, and the Combat Action Ribbon. William is also an experienced legal assistant. In his spare time, he enjoys riding horses, visiting the lake, fitness, and participating in numerous charities around our state.
