What can I expect when I schedule a consultation?

When you call, an intake specialist schedules a meeting with one of our attorneys; these meetings typically last between 45 minutes to one hour. The attorney you meet with will most likely handle your case. During these meetings, we’ll listen to your story to understand the details of your situation and the outcomes you’d like to achieve. We’ll ask follow-up questions and help you ensure we’re the right people to help you pursue your goals.

How will I feel when I enter your office?

What does it cost to hire a lawyer?

There are two things we will bill for:

1. The employment fee: This is for the billable hours your attorney spends on your case. The total cost of the employment fee can vary depending on how urgent your issue is.
2. The trust fee: This is the money we are keeping in your account for your case. The total cost for the trust fee can also vary as the circumstances surrounding your case can change.

I already gave you money for my retainer, so why do I need to pay more?

We understand how difficult it can be to think about money in a challenging situation. We also want to offer high-quality and professional advocacy; part of that means preparing for the unexpected. Even the most experienced and knowledgeable lawyers in the country can’t anticipate everything. We include these additional costs to handle any unforeseen complications with ease and confidence.

Why am I not hearing from my attorney? Why isn’t he calling me?

We have multiple team members working on your case. If you have any questions that your attorney can’t answer right away, our skilled and friendly intake specialists can address any inquiries or concerns you have about your case. They can also tell you the status of your case and what our lawyers and paralegals are doing for you at every step.
